Stevin is a value-driven organization from Utrecht. We have been around for over 15 years and work with 35 colleagues on high-profile assignments. Our core values ​​form the basis of our culture: sharp, daring, sporty and involved. These values ​​give us tools to get the best out of ourselves, each other and our assignments. We develop talent to improve the performance of public infrastructure in a future-proof way! That is what we stand for, what we do and what we propagate. We do this by carrying out advice and implementation assignments. We carry out these assignments in the mobility, energy and water sectors at companies such as ProRail, Stedin and Vitens. The mean sharer? These companies operate, manage or direct parts of our public infrastructure.

Stevin uses a unique working method with three pillars: 

  • First of all, it is essential to develop a substantive solution together with the people who ultimately work with it. This results in a supported solution that sticks. 
  • With our implementation experience second, it helps us form a better strategy or tactic. You get an executable strategy or tactical plan by building in flexibility and looking at practical consequences before you deliver the strategic plan.  
  • Finally, we achieve the optimal solution for the organization and society by understanding what effect a solution for one department has on the other departments. For example, we opt for a solution that optimally matches the rest of the asset and organization system. 

In addition to this client work, as a consultant at Stevin you are also strongly involved in the internal organization. We use the self-organization principle. This means that in addition to being a consultant, you also contribute to the development of Stevin as a company. Instructive and also very nice to stay in touch with colleagues when you are on an assignment with the customer.

We organize the necessary activities to maintain good contact with colleagues. For example, we have a monthly drink, where important updates are shared with each other. Every quarter we have a buddy outing. Here you will do something fun with two other colleagues. Something you've had on your bucket list for a while. Every year we also organize a winter sport and a weekend away full of sporty elements.
