The Talent Development Programme
The YER Traineeship is more than a first job — it's your career accelerator. You'll receive:

  1. A permanent contract with YER from day one
  2. A salary at least equal to that of direct colleagues at the client organisation
  3. Personal coaching from certified coaches and your own dedicated consultant
  4. Accredited training programmes through recognised providers
  5. An active community of trainees to learn and grow with

Our programmes run for 24 months (private sector) or 18–24 months (public sector) and consist of four learning tracks: hard skills, soft & business skills, coaching, and peer learning. Intake moments are in February, May, and September.

Direct starter positions
Alongside traineeships, YER also offers direct starter roles in fields such as Engineering, IT, Business Operations, Social Domain, and Urban & Spatial Planning. With personal guidance, we help you find the match that fits your background and ambitions.
