Hi everyone! My name is Remco de Kleine, and I'm currently pursuing my master's degrees in Supply Chain Management and Technology and Operations Management. Before starting my master's programs, I completed my bachelor's in Business Administration with the track technology management. During my bachelor's, I also became a member of TeMa.

My first experience with TeMa was during the introduction activities. Attending the bowling event and the running dinner with some friends from my studies provided a fantastic introduction to the association. It was immediately clear to me that TeMa is a friendly and welcoming association with a close-knit community. Through TeMa, I quickly connected with fellow students whom I frequently encountered during lectures and group assignments, which greatly inspired me to become an active member and join committees.

I chose to become active because TeMa perfectly combines professional growth with fun social activities, making it easy to build new close friendships and establish valuable professional connections. Since then, I've participated in several committees. I started with the SEC, where we organized a Sustainable Inhouse Tour and a conference focused on sustainability. The following year, I was part of the ISP committee, where we organized an amazing trip to Paris, visited companies, explored the city together, and enjoyed memorable social activities. This year, I'm involved in the Career Committee, with which we recently completed a successful InHouse Tour. Additionally, I'm really looking forward to organizing the upcoming introduction activities with the Introduction Committee.

What I particularly value about being an active member of TeMa is the chance to expand my professional network, alongside plenty of informal events to connect with new people. It's also incredibly fun to participate in social activities beyond committee tasks, such as committee weekends, which really helps build strong friendships. All these experiences have truly made my TeMa membership special!
