EPSA Procurement – Procurement Consultancy Traineeship

EPSA Procurement is a leading consultancy firm specializing in procurement in the Netherlands. With more than 400 professionals and six offices – in Amsterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, Groningen, Houten, and Zwolle – we support organizations in both the private and (semi-)public sector with a wide range of procurement challenges. Our expertise includes interim management, consultancy, procurement transformation, and talent development. 

The traineeship 
Every year, starting from September, EPSA Procurement will launch the Procurement Consultancy Traineeship. This two-year program combines training, coaching, and practical experience. From the start, trainees contribute to projects for various clients, guided by our experienced consultants. 

During the first year, participants will gain insight into two specializations: 

  1. Procurement transformation: improving and innovating procurement processes. 
  2. Project-based tendering in the (semi-)public sector: managing complex tendering procedures. 

After this introductory year, trainees choose one specialization in which they will further develop their expertise. 

Development and environment 
The traineeship places strong emphasis on both professional and personal development. Trainees gain experience at various organizations and develop the knowledge and skills necessary for a career as a consultant. They become part of a young and dynamic team where collaboration and continuous learning are key.
